I went out for about 2.5 hours shooting different textures and geometric shapes and lines. My inspiration for this project was Lewis Baltz, a photographer who's work focused on searching for beauty in desolation and destruction. His photography is very geometric in nature and has a feeling of lonliness. I chose to work in black and white so that way my compositions weren't reliant on color.
